WebFlinch is determined by a lot of factors your biggest flinch causing perks are going to be high Cal and Explosive rounds. But the problem with flinch in destiny 2 is that it also goes by archetype so your lightweight and adaptive frame archetypes aren't going to cause as much flinch as high-impact or aggressive frame archetypes. WebHalf of that becomes explosive damage which is further buffed by 30% and is non degradable. The other half is normal/kinetic and does base damage (halved). This ultimately amounts to about 15% overall damage buff. For comparison, vorpal is a 20% buff for kinetics. Kinetic Tremors procs after 6 scout rifle or 12 pulse/sidearm hits.
