Web4 dec. 2016 · It is obvious that Lawn Doctor does not care about customer satisfaction. They do not do the best job as far as keeping the lawn green, but our climate is high desert. If you ask a technician a question about the condition of the grass you get a blank stare. They call to tell you when they have scheduled a treatment. WebAs soon as Lawn Doctor started fertilizing and providing weed killer/prevention at the beginning of last Summer, my lawn improved dramatically and continued with their regular treatments. WebLAWN DOCTOR did more harm to the lawn and now I have to go and pay someone to have 1/2 of my grass replaced. DO NOT trust this Company! I can see why now they only have a 3.6 rating.
