Over the years I have not received many pay rises which have put a strain the rising cost of living, but could not just give up my job, which provides for my family. WebFor NSW (LSL laws are different per state), you need to have either: (A) completed 10 years of service to be entitled to LSL; (B) been terminated (i.e. not resigned) by your employer for reasons not related to gross misconduct between 5 and 10 years of completed service; or (C) resigned between 5 and 10 years due to 'pressing necessity'.
