I think if the vehicle is off for more than 48 hrs it goes into sleep and OnStar hibernates. Cannot pull a GPS reading. If I'm due for a monthly diagnostic report but vehicle off for a while, I don't get an email until vehicle is started. Then comes within a few minutes.

Haven't taken things apart yet, but when I do, I'll post up pictures.
